1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.scorevoro.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beta Web Analysis Limited ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown in the header above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity agrees to be bound by them.

2. Who We Are

ScoreVoro is a football predictions and betting tips website operated by Beta Web Analysis Limited. We publish free football predictions, statistical analysis and betting tips for informational and entertainment purposes only.

ScoreVoro is not a licensed bookmaker, betting exchange or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, process wagers or hold customer funds. We are a media and information service.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ScoreVoro. In some jurisdictions the legal age for gambling-related content may be higher — you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your location.

By using the Site you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)

4. Predictions Disclaimer

By using ScoreVoro's predictions content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No tip is guaranteed. Football results are inherently unpredictable. Even the highest-confidence tips can and do lose. Past performance — including published win rates — does not guarantee future results.
• You bet at your own risk. Any financial loss suffered as a result of acting on ScoreVoro's predictions is entirely your own responsibility. We accept no liability whatsoever for betting losses.
• We are not financial advisers. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or any equivalent legislation. We do not hold or require FCA authorisation for our predictions service.
• Win rates are historical. Published win rates reflect past performance over a specific tracked period and are provided for transparency. They are not a guarantee or forecast of future accuracy.
• Odds change. Odds quoted in our tips are indicative at the time of publication. Actual available odds may differ at your chosen bookmaker. Always verify odds before placing a bet.

ScoreVoro makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of its predictions and data, but we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content published on the Site.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use ScoreVoro for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• Is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable
• Transmits or facilitates the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers or any connected systems
• Introduces viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or harmful code
• Harvests or scrapes content, data or user information using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our prior written consent
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Site or its infrastructure
• Circumvents or attempts to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Reproduces, republishes, distributes or commercially exploits our content without permission (see Section 6)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated any of the above.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ScoreVoro — including but not limited to text, predictions, analysis, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, software and the ScoreVoro name and brand — is the property of Beta Web Analysis Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do

• View and read content on ScoreVoro for your personal, non-commercial use
• Share individual tip cards or predictions via social media using our share buttons, provided clear attribution to ScoreVoro with a link is included
• Quote brief excerpts (a single tip or a short summary) for the purpose of commentary, criticism or news reporting, provided you clearly attribute the content to ScoreVoro with a link to the original page

What you may not do without our written permission

• Reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content on any website, app, social media account or other platform
• Sell, licence or commercially exploit any ScoreVoro content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notices from our content
• Claim authorship or ownership of any ScoreVoro predictions or analysis
• Mirror or frame the Site or any portion of it on another website
• Use our name, logo or branding in any way that could imply endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent

Third-party content

Football fixture data, statistics and related information sourced from API-Football and other third-party providers are subject to their respective terms and licences. ScoreVoro uses this data under licence and does not claim ownership of the underlying data.

7. Advertising & Affiliate Links

ScoreVoro generates revenue through advertising and affiliate partnerships. This section explains how these work and what it means for you.

7.1 Display advertising

ScoreVoro displays third-party advertisements, primarily through Google AdSense. These advertisements are clearly identifiable as ads. Advertisers do not influence the content of our predictions or analysis — our tips are editorial decisions made independently of our commercial relationships.

7.2 Affiliate links

Some links on ScoreVoro — particularly links to licensed bookmakers and betting operators — may be affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and register or deposit with the linked operator, ScoreVoro may receive a commission or referral fee. This is at no additional cost to you.

The presence of an affiliate link does not mean we endorse that operator or recommend that you use them. You should always conduct your own research before depositing with any bookmaker and ensure the operator is licensed in your jurisdiction.

7.3 No paid tips influence

ScoreVoro's predictions and editorial content are not influenced or paid for by bookmakers, affiliate partners or any other commercial party. No bookmaker pays to have their games featured in our tips. Our predictions are determined solely by our statistical analysis.

8. Third-Party Websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including licensed bookmakers, betting operators, news sources and support organisations. These links are provided for convenience only.

We have no control over the content, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites. Visiting a linked website is done entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy or reliability of any third-party website
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of a third-party website
• The privacy or security practices of any third-party website
• Any promotional offers, bonuses or terms offered by linked bookmakers

When you click an affiliate link and visit a bookmaker's website, you are subject to that bookmaker's own terms and conditions, privacy policy and responsible gambling requirements. Please read these carefully before registering or depositing.

9. User-Submitted Content

Where ScoreVoro allows users to submit comments, feedback, tips or other content ("User Content"), the following applies:

• You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
• You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, infringing of third-party rights or in violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time without notice and without giving reasons.
• We do not verify, endorse or take responsibility for any User Content submitted by third parties.

Currently ScoreVoro does not operate a public comments section. This clause applies to any future user-generated content functionality and to any direct submissions such as tip contributions.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No warranty

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

10.2 Exclusion of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beta Web Analysis Limited, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Gambling losses or financial losses of any kind arising from reliance on our predictions
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from interruption, unavailability or errors on the Site
• Losses arising from third-party websites linked from the Site
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

10.3 Cap on liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

10.4 Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Beta Web Analysis Limited and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the Site in violation of these Terms
• Any User Content you submit
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

12. Privacy

Your use of ScoreVoro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Site Availability & Changes

We aim to keep ScoreVoro available continuously but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice
• Change, add or remove markets, leagues, features or content at any time
• Change the frequency or timing of predictions publication
• Introduce, modify or remove commercial features including advertising or affiliate relationships

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Site or any part of it.

14. Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

On termination:

• Your right to access the Site immediately ceases
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including the Predictions Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Governing Law — will continue to apply

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to the following:

• If you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another jurisdiction, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable consumer protection law.
• Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any equivalent legislation.
